Pickup Information
Enjoy the convenience of free in-store pickup from either of our two locations. Simply follow these steps to ensure a smooth pickup experience:
Pickup Guidelines
- Arrive on Time – To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing.
- Missed Pickup Policy – If you do not collect your order before the store closes, we cannot offer refunds, but we will hold your order for pickup on the next business day.
- ID or Order Confirmation – For security, we may ask for your order confirmation or identification upon pickup.
Pickup Tips: Provide Order Number - If someone else is picking up your order, ensure they have your order number and any necessary details.
Check Your Order Thoroughly: We strongly recommend reviewing your order in full during pickup. If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf, ask them to check key details such as:
- Cake inscription – Ensure the message is spelled correctly.
- Colors & Design – Confirm that the cake matches your request.
- Total Number of Items – Verify that all ordered items are included.
To make this easier, you can text them the order details or share a link to the receipt for reference.
💡 Important: It’s much easier to fix any issues while your order is still in the bakery. Once the order has left the store, we cannot make changes. Please help us ensure everything is perfect by checking all details before pickup is complete.
Delivery Information
We offer delivery services throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding cities, making it easy for you to enjoy our delicious cakes and baked goods at your convenience.
Delivery Schedule
- Available Days: Monday – Sunday (7 days a week)
- Standard Delivery Window: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
We strive to complete all deliveries within this time frame. Due to traffic conditions, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, but we ensure that your order arrives on your selected date.
Priority 2-Hour Delivery Window (Extra Charge)
If you require delivery within a specific 2-hour window, we offer a priority delivery service for an additional charge. You can select this option at checkout to have your order delivered within your chosen 2-hour timeframe. All wedding and tiered cake have 2-hour delivery window.
Important Delivery Guidelines
- If you need your cake before a specific time, we strongly recommend choosing delivery for the previous day. Our cakes stay fresh for 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
- We partner with a reliable courier company that ensures all deliveries are completed on time. However, due to traffic conditions, standard deliveries do not have a fixed time slot.
Recipient Availability
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
- If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be left at the doorstep. We cannot take responsibility for unattended orders.
- We do not offer surprise deliveries. Our team will call the recipient before delivery to confirm availability.
Delivery Charges
Our delivery fees are based on location and order type. Use the search box on this page to enter your address and check the applicable delivery charge. Alternatively, you can refer to the Delivery Charges Table for different categories:
- Regular Delivery Charges – Standard delivery fee for all orders.
- Same-Day Delivery Charges – Additional fee applies for same-day delivery requests.
- Tiered & Wedding Cake Delivery Charges – Due to their delicate nature, tiered and wedding cakes have separate pricing.
- Tiered & Wedding Cake Same-Day Delivery Charges – Express delivery pricing for wedding and tiered cakes.
- Priority 2-Hour Delivery Window Charge – Additional charge for guaranteed delivery within a specific 2-hour window.
